new year's eve

it is approximately 1045 pm now. 2007 has only approximately 1 hour 15 mins left. i'm not ready to let go of this year yet... i'm not ready to enter the mouse year... the university life.. leaving taylors... turning 18.... oh well.

my dvd rom's going to be changed again! apparently it reads discs really weirdly till it keeps lagging.. so i (mek typing: i drank my first can of coke for at least 2 years) brought it to hp again... (the place i lost my face) and it got back my face. the guy there couldnt believe his eyes n ears when he saw us.. AGAIN. and my 4th dvd rom will be arriving... kekekke... the guy blamed it on the software... didnt believe hp's dvd rom couldnt last for a month i guess... so he switched with a new dvd rom supposedly for another customer.. and... ta daa!! PERFECT. and he even more cant believe wad's happening so he kept changing scenes (from my The Myth's dvd) and nope... no cracklings, no jams, no lags. GREATO. so he tried to check (i think) if it was the mechanism problem i.e. connection not good etc... and he decided to put back my noob dvd rom. n... when he put in the disc.... my n daddy were praying for the lagging sound to come out again... and? i think hp kolien me for losing my face. so? TA DAAA... it lags! and the guy said 'bo li yiu le'... of course 'u li yiu la'. as u guys know.. anything coming into my hands.. surely will screw one.

dun believe? recollection of this year's electronic disasters:
1. sony ericsson k610i handphone.
i got this dec 2006. after spm lar.. yay got first hp so happy. however, soon after i got it.. weird signs start appearing... eg. codes like F4:2356 comes out where words are suppose to come out. another thing. my phone seemed to have a great affinity for the letter 'F'. you know why? the word 'Delete' comes out as 'Felete'. and so on. i remember there's another word being replaced but now at the spur of the moment... it's gone. that's about it.. besides the button silver thingy already scratched and corroded when this phone never actually DROPPED on the floor or kena water. what i must emphasise is... it kena a lot of urea. my sweat. kekekekeke.

2. Compaq Presario V3000.
supposedly a rather good laptop. according to where i bought it from, in midvalley. but... the WEEK after i bought it... problems creeping in... must list out la:
i. supposedly this laptop supports windows vis ta. so koko put in canggih vis ta ultimate for me. ok.. he took a week to get everything done. so he came over to unit z218 in jalan ss15/8 subang jaya. showed me how to go online etc etc... and everything was greaat. then? the next day, i couldnt go online. worse still, everytime i on the wireless button, the laptop JAMS. so? change. reformat. put in windows xp.
ii. then... hah! virus attack! all my keys start switching. if u remember my previous post.. i did mention about it. ok.. means? everything gone. blek. GONE!!! my downloads!!! how can this be???
iii. then... first time- dvd rom screwed. went to mid valley.. to prove it.. n the guy took it for a week! oklaa.. after that was ok...
iv. next.. web cam clashes... bought a logi tech webcam.. the moment i installed. computer no sound. always jam after windows start. the thing is.. it works perfectly on other same laptops. so? aih. so koko got to midvalley to ask wad wrong since after reformat still cant work. he got the driver for it! and meanwhile, i was stuck in the ktm in SUBANG for half an hour.. returning to the same spot after that. aih.
v. soon after.. dunno for wad reason.. dr watson post mortem debugger pops out. causing me to have no choice but to shut down everytime it comes out. this was baddd...
vi. later... reformat to get rid of dr watson... then i could go fishing with my laptop bc there was a WORM there. so? screwed again. no freaking sound. but i decided to ignore. anyway exams coming up soon. study ma...
vii. after exams... i was bored. but laptop still no sound. so? i bore with it. watched mute serials. eg: one litre of tears. hmm...
viii. go midvalley to ask y no sound. apparently it's still the driver thingy, so? problem solved.
ix. midvalley again bc install webcam no sound. so the guy taught me how to do. and i think he think i'm stupid. so he prt sc-ed the window and pasted it in paint with the instructions. yea.....
x. back in kch!!! er... the dvd rom cover kinda loose bc it was hard to pull the disc out. it half broke one day. vrooom to hp invent kch. service center la. the guy there broke it. and claimed a new one for me.
xi. new one came! but then.. it wouldnt fit perfectly. made a kinda big fuss abt it.. i did mention this too.
xii. went home. was very suspicious of the condition of the badly injured battery since it was so scratched. from our professional point of view, seems like it's not mine! and it couldnt charge. so...
xiii. back to hp invent. wad did we do? actually, i din do anything. a parent did it. quite loudly. there was a column. not even a row. wakakakaka. that was Grrrreat. but poor girl there kena marah for no reason. anyhow.. they tried to find my batt but it poofed. so daddy made an appointment with the supposed person in charge then turn out to the our makan stuff technician. n he wanted the new parts not to be opened ie in original packing. and called up the hp headquarter on advice how to distinguish btw genuine n fake parts.
xiv. the DAY comes. aih. i was actually planning to record the boat's big ROW but it din turn out that loud. anyhow, the new dvd rom and batt i got back... still from the packing. kekeke..
xv. then? i reformat laptop again due to the windows explorer thingy. it was ok with koko. when i got it back.. i on it... it came out again. baga. so we went to ask y the always-exist problem of windows explorer jam thingy keep popping out. n the guy asked us to leave the laptop there for a week. i gladly gave in.
xvi. after more than a week... we went to visit my nazak laptop.. occasionally calling in between to ask its condition. ok. apparently the guy changed my mother board. wadever it is la.. n installed kinda goodstuff for me. greato. so. everything seemed to be perfectly fine.
xvii. until the windows thingy came out AGAIN!! i got proof! but not now.. not using my laptop to blog. the pic is in my laptop. so the guy fed up already. dowan to help me anymore. ask me to reformat myself. so koko had a brainwave to put in vis ta premium. woosha. it works. greatly.
xviii. then? my new dvd rom screwed. this is really nonsense. 4th time to change this year. 3rd time to change in a month. so.. it was as described above.

ah. that's all. are u amazed? or did u even survive reading through the whole thing. now only left my hard disk and the casing never change.. the rest.. i dun know them, they dun know me. cheapp joke. oh ya.. when koko was installing vis ta, the hp headquarter called to do some survey. they were lucky bc the dvd rom haven spoil again. so we gave ok la comments. just satisfactory. but if they call again.. hehehe... chap lap la...

one more thing to say. i din want to say it bc it's so yuuu. but no choice. they ungkitkan perkara silam. i have to say. tat stupid dvd rom la. at home lag so we go to hp.. then there.. it chose to work perfectly. so my ngan min ho chuen ah.

3. nokia n73:
this.. er... worked fine with koko in kch. till i came back. and brought it to kl. oklaa.. not that bad. but it lagged so seriously. serious. then keep offing for no reason. and it eats up memory when i dun even save anything there! and when there's 2Gb memory card, when a message comes in, it says memory low. heck, it's not even full yet!! see? isnt it so noob.

4. sony ericsson w810i:
yea. changed with the baga boy. it worked quite well since it was with koko... but the batt wont charge till 100%. noob.

wah. isnt my electronic devices cool? i think it's something to do with z218. or kl. everything screwed there.

took almost an hour to type this. now it's 1140 dy. oh. courtesy of mek n daddy for extra info n details. haha.

lets start this post with a season greeting shall we? happy christmas and merry new year everyone! :) happy boxing day too! or whats left of it..

so i've been MIA for quite some time. sorry folks, but i had no internet connection over the past few days.. my mom and sisters came over to kl. stayed at my dad's. and we went shopping almost everyday. went to lot10, sungei wang lala place, times square, oneU, midvalley, pavillion, the gardens, klcc, ampang point, petaling street... dadada. very tiring la, but i bought some new stuff so okay la. haa..

my condolences to my uncle's air nautique boat, the one he claims to be the best for wakeboarding. it got badly burnt up one morning (last sunday - winter festival. happy belated winter festival, all!), the canopy looked bad cause of the flames and the shed exploded too. cause there was petrol in the shed. a very sad sight. guess i'm out of weekend job now. no job = no money. and i only worked one weekend so pay isnt a lot. jangan suruh saya chia you people. haaaahaaaaaaaaaaaa...

that night we were supposed to celebrate my aunt's belated bday (his wife) la. so satu group besar, we all go may mey this seafood restaurant nearby la to celebrate. food of course sedap la. if not why we always go right. 2 tables la. one huge one for the adults, and one for kids. i sat at the kids table. waseh. what to do right, since young i sit kids table, very hard for old people to change their perception that i'm no more kid cause it'll mean that they admit they're getting OLDer. haha. but i really dont mind la. duduk sama cousins then only got stuff to talk about wad. quite fun la that night. except my uncle a bit gila go zhat me man. terasa la. nobody in our table wanted the marmite pork already wad. his sister ask us la, then tak mau of course we say dowan right. so she call us to tell the man to pack for the dogs la. then my uncle saw me asking the man and zhat me. walaoh eh, i'm also following orders weih. but nevermind la i forgive him because that morning he faced some trauma (boat kena burnt). we must forgive the emotionally unstable la right.

xmas eve, we had dinner at this french restaurant. Le something, forgot the name la. it's actually a wine selling place but apparently the owner is my uncle's friend la and they serve food too. it's not those high class french food la. it's like a typical countryside normal french style of dining, only the price is like equivalent to the high class one. heh. very nice la.
i like the french pizza (it has a specific name but i also forgot. the difference with this from the italian one is that the french pizza uses cream cheese ooolala!), the creme bru le (it's like a blueberry creme bru le this one) and the yule log (a dark chocolate thingy that looks like a log). sangat sedap man. the turkey was very tough la (typical turkey) but the stuffing tasted good and the bacon roll (it had long beans in it) rocks.

starters we had some salami thingy, bread and some goose liver + jelly thing. cheh my female cousin took each of the 3 different kinds of meat present. me and my sisters only took one piece of meat each so my female cousin's brother had one piece of meat also only la, tak cukup. then he go complain to his mother that me and my sisters finish up the meat. wtf right. that time i was like kinda shocked man. mana ade we finish it up. adik dia sendiri yang greedy sangat take so many piece tak habiskan pun, tamaklah namanya and then he go blame us. complain to the mother so loudly again. not paiseh meh?

i almost said very loudly to my dad, "eee daddy why this boy so like that one, accuse people finish up the meat. his own sister take so many piece and he blames others. mou liu man." but of course i didnt la. afterwards malu right. let him say la. "kids these days" and i drank a bit of wine that night la, it was very light, so it was kinda easy to drink. but... control la, bapa di sebelah wad. dont want to spill my secrets to parents right.. if i have any lah. haha.
and there was a bottle of absinthe however it's spelt la. haha. wad's so special? apparently, according to my uncle, it's banned in most european countries cause it causes people to hallucinate. illegal.. kool ah? but kita tak minum lah. they seemed drunk enough anyway haaa..

my dad and uncle drank some unfiltered beer with some sediments still there O.O
but it was a nice dinner. apparently the bill was 1K plus O.O and half of it was because of the wine. expensive sangat right. not me pay la but im thankful for this wonderful dinner. had many great laughs. ketawa sampai gigi mau jatuh. a very merry xmas indeed :)

mom and the porkies go back to kuching the next day though. got back home so late, but mom and dad made us wake up so early the next day for church. adik saya tidor dalam church la! wahaha. after that dim sum and then they ditched me and my ahma here at my aunt's. been playing lots of xbox 360 games with ryan and watching the 2nd season of heroes (some episodes only) padahal i never got to watch season one also. cheh. the massage chair also very the good. think i may go for a massage later heee..

my 9 years old female cousin got a new sony ericsson pink w200i for xmas. keep trying to show off to me cheh. a bit annoying la right. new phone also new phone la why need to keep telling people. this not sharing the joy man, more like infuriating people. but what to do. "budak kecil hari ini" right.

i feel so bitchy cause im bitching about people more and more. but what to do. venting out emotions. please excuse the stressed.

and now mom and the girls are back in kuching. leaving me here at my aunt's place. sorry kuching folks.. i know i know.. many have requested (more of hammered the fact into my head) that i should/must go back to kuching in the hols - reunion! but sadly speaking, i think i'm stucked in this big ole city. nobody to sponsor my flight home, see. and i'm broke. and as the saying goes, "no money no talk" sad la. last time i wanted to go back for the hols, my parents were like "mom and the girls would be coming over, no point for you to go back. maybe cny" yalaaaaaaaa. sure man. false hope only. now say cny fare so exp. why give the idea in the first place right. guess im stucked here.

and my aunt also very excited for my education i think. selalu suruh saya pergi tengok the nottingham university padahal no microbiology course offered. got chemical engineering, environmental engineering and PLANT/CROP biotech la. but i dont like physics wad, physics saya like eat shit one. i like biology mah - more to human anatomy la. ask me go do crop biotech. *faints* i wanna do like biomedical science la. more to human biology like that. microbiology, immunology, pathology.. marine biology also i dont realy mind la.. u catch my drift? just not some bunga please.. T.T

so tak ade my course apa macam mau pergi right. so i say tak nak to all la. then i think maybe she terasa a bit and get a bit angry at me. what to do la, i dont want to do physics, otherwise i would've taken it a long time ago right. i want to work for the betterment of humans mah. help find cures for diseases or research them at least. hope she dont feel too angry lah because i rejected her idea of plant stuff and chemical engineering. im grateful for her help la ok, she tolong me dam lot dy.

oh and then now i'll have to sit for my SATs on jan26. she help me apply n pay first la. then when tell my dad, he called me and like wan to gan me weih. he's been doing a lot of that lately. say im not responsible enough and stuff. actually i'm also very messed up because of them. this time he was like asking me why i didnt take my SATs earlier. SATs important for freshman wad right. me applying for third year uni in the states SATs usually not needed by the Unis wad. usually is toefls lor.

but then before this, these people ask me apply to monash also. before, monash say 30 credits enough so i did very little credits last semester. now monash say 60 credits, cause me to be one semester slower if i continue adp. i feel so messed up la. aunt says one thing, father says another. very luan leh. before, he say now you just focus on your studies so i didnt fill in the monash form la. i did read through la okay, but dont quite get some stuff wad. dont know which address to put also, since got so many. and i left it at my apartment because that day so rushed, ask me to faster pack some stuff and go over to my aunt's house already. keep chasing me weih, of course my brain get messed up and i screw up la. and why i didnt put monash application forms with the other documents? i put it on my table for easy access mah. my file only contains previous achievements, and i work with that system. cheh. my life is a mess. but aih what to do, zhat also zhat la. tired already. bet he gonna zhat me about the SATs the next time he sees me also. zhat zhat zhat zhat zhat zhat...

tomorrow my aunt gonna bring me to MACEE - malaysian-american commission on educational exchange. to ask about american transfer stuff and to study for my SATs. sad rights. hols masih perlu belajar. sedihhh.. i ask the Lord for help and guidance to go on with my life.

when i play halo 2 on the xbox with my cousin, my favourite weapon is the rocket launcher.. hahaha i just like to blast people cause these shots are very powerful. waiting for him to get his xbox 360 so he can play halo 3 on it. apparently it's the best game of the year or some shit la.. and the xbox 360 gives a better view and allows more effects.. or so he claims. but the point is, i like blasting people with the rocket launcher especially when they're on a vehicle.. haha.. call me violent.. :P

okay.. the next thing is that i like the cow game on the wii. yesh. have u heard of it? it's quite a kiddish game hahaha.. it's all about seeing how many scarecrows u can knock down.. i tend to knock a lot of trees =.= but i kinda like it. maybe it's cause i always get a good laugh when i play it. it seems so silly when u knock the trees down. :P

i have absolutely zero patience tolerance. really. i am so not a huge fan of suspense stories so i dont really fancy those drama kind of serials. if i did, i would have to watch the whole series all in one go, otherwise i wouldn't be able to sleep.. i mean those action movies that last about an hour and a half or two is okay.. i can take that. but im just a very impatient person overall. haha

i am a cranky bitch in the morning. yesss.. when i wake up.. regardless what time, i'm usually very grouchy and have this very lansi look haha. give me an hour or two to get out of my sleepy mode, and i should be fine. but before that, i think i'd be a better idea to just leave me. i might hurt you. verbally or physically. haha. just kidding.. but who knowss :P

last night when i was whispering to my youngest sis about smtg, this really pu bo monster gets up and says, "shuddup la, freaks." this is like a major wtf man. not like we were talking about you also.

every single minute when your super loud phone's vibration sounds, i dont say that also. i dont yell at you when the radiation from your phone could be stealing a few minutes of my intended lifespan. which i think is more annoying since you're trying to watch some show on the telly. like in a cineplex, when you watch a movie, even the vibration of someone's phone on an average of a vibration every minute is absofarkinglutely annoying.

damn bitchy la. plus you try to act innocent and sweet in front of everyone when you're lying to their faces. i wonder how you live with that. i mean, deceiving everyone especially your parents time after time and acting all sweet and APPLE-POLISHING and being such a tell-tale really gets me pissed. getting everyone into trouble with your big bloody mouth when other people dont even leak your biggest secret that could get you into really deep shit. i really dont give a shit if you wanna be a liar and all, but dont go sucking up and stuff. to me, being a two-face is so un-cool.

ok, so maybe i'm being an insensitive soul or an overly sensitive person, whatever. im just stating my opinion so screw it, im goin on.

i also hate it when you put your ever-so bitchy face when people are talking to you. going "err-errr-erhhh" at the top of your voice is plain rude and totally uncivilized. rolling your eyes and looking at people from the corners of your eyes for no apparent reason is also just plain weird and rude. perhaps you'll get beaten up one day, seeing that the gangsters these days are more sensitive and violent these days. o.O

but that's not all. you complain about every single minor point of your life to other people. basically bitching about other people in your life. another major wtf. especially when you're bitching about family. honestly, i dont get this part. wtf are u trying to do? get more people to hate your family and like you? increasing your popularity? making people symphatize with you? i think it's just plain bitching. i mean, come on, get a life man! the world doesnt revolve around you. get up and do something about your problem instead of crying and complaining about it to your boyfriend. honestly, i think it's pathetic. people might think im so sad and im jealous cause i dont have a boyfriend.. HA-HA.. frankly speaking, im happy without a boyfriend, and i dont see the point in getting a boyfriend just to spill all sorts of bullshit to him and bitch about other people. i mean, i understand a couple will share their problems and all, but is bitching about other people considered sharing a problem? forgive my lack in experience, but this baffles me to the max.
